Our firm engaged with business activites in 1983 with trading of construction materials. In the same year,our firm started trading of dried figs, chestnut and thyme and established KIRLIOGLU TARIM ÜRÜNLERİ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ in 1993. After year 2000, the company ceased trading of theyme and chestnut and started to engage with dried fig processing activities and attained its position in the domestic wholesale markets. Holding a significant share at the domestic market,our company underwent a capacity inrease process and took its first steps in exportation by means of contract manufacturing after 2005,since 2005,mechanization process was undertaken in order to direct towards exportation activities and as a result of continuous davelopment and improvement activities supported by our invesments, ISO 9001 and HACCP certificates were granted to the company.
With 24 years of procurement experiend, our primary objective is to procure the best figs and perform production activities under best hygienic and sanative conditions with the GÜLDERE brand under supervision of the food engineer,to offer best services for our customers and ensure continuous customer satisfaction with.
PRODUCTION
PROCUREMENT PROCESS
The dried figs to be procured by our firm are purchased by our experienced procurement personnel with due diligence while being procured, the dried figs are subjected to aflotoxine control and quality characteristics. Adepuate dried figs are purchased in order to be manufactured with the highest quality.
FUMIGATION
The dried figs to be offer sed forconsumption are subjected to fumugation proces in order to cleanse pests, such as worms, insects,etc,and be able to maintain for a long time before being spolied.
SEPARATION PROCESS
In this process, the rotten,fermenred, brown and damaged figs are separeted from the dried figs to be of fered for consumption.
SIZING
The dried figs are sized into sizes 1-10 according to their size by means of specific sieves numbered accordingly.
AFLATOXINE CONTROL PROCESS
During the aflatoxine control process, wich is the most important process for the dried fig, each and every dried fig, each and every dried fig to be offered for consumption are checked by the experienced personnel under UV light within a dark room and the figs with aflatoxine are separated.
WASHING
The producsts subjected to separation process are then subjected to washing process. In this process, the products are washed at certain temperatures according to the type and transferred to next and hygiencic.
DRYING
The producs washed in the previous process are dried at the drying chamber under certain temperature and durations until they attain desired softness.
SHAPING PROCESS
The dried figs that are made available for shaping with the drying process are shaped into garland, layer protoben,pulled,lerida forms according to the desired packing type and processed by experinced under hygienic conditions.
PACKING
The packed products with complated shoping process are shrink with state of the art machinery and packed, then labeled at the labeling machine and stored.
QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS
The producst manufactured as a result of continuous control during all production stages are subjected to inspection analysis operations by the quality control staff on the samples are stored in order to be offered to the consumer.
STORATE AND CONSIGNMENT
The dried figs manufactured under adequate hygienic and sanative conditions are stored in the cold storage depot and offered to the consumers.
